Enrolment Application Forms are available from the school office. Applications need to be completed and returned to the office as early as possible. Enrolment interviews are carried out in Term 2 of the year preceding entry into school for children in Kindergarten or Pre Primary, or as vacancies occur.
Please ensure you complete all the required documentation outlined below. Applications will be processed when all the required documentation has been provided.
Any child, parent or carer not born in Australia must provide a copy of their passport or Australian Citizenship Certificate.
Any child, parent or carer who is not an Australian citizen must also provide a copy of their visa.
Where applicable, provide Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion or Confirmation certificates, and Parish Reference.

While our school receives support from both Federal and State Governments, including a concession on fees to holders of Health Cards, the fees paid by parents are a significant part of the school’s budget for the school year.
It is the duty of parents to pay the school fees at the time of notification or to make suitable arrangements. Additional financial considerations are also available depending on each family’s circumstance.
The Centrelink Health Care Card Discount Scheme provides an automatic fee concession to eligible means-tested family concession card holders. This discount applies to all year levels from Kindergarten to Year 12.
For parents and caregivers who do not qualify for the Health Care Card discount but are experiencing financial difficulties, arrangements can be made to provide immediate support to assist you with tuition costs.
It is a condition of enrolment that one full term’s notice should be given in writing to the Principal by the parent/guardian, prior to a student’s withdrawal. In default of such notice, one-quarter of the annual fee (one term’s fee) will be payable.
