At St Anthony’s School, we acknowledge parents as the first educators of their children and recognise the unique contribution made by parents to their children’s learning and to the life of the school. We work collaboratively with parents to offer programs that benefit the development of our students, enabling each child to reach their full potential.
Our motto, “A light beneath our feet”, reminds us that we are called to cast a light at the feet of our students and be constant guides for them as they develop spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally and physically. We actively promote and value the relationship we have with St Anthony’s Parish and the local community. We have high expectations of ourselves and our students and aim to equip students with the skills to be life-long learners and contributors to society.
With a dedicated staff working collaboratively in the best interests of each child, we offer many opportunities for our students to thrive. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality Catholic education and offer an extensive curriculum that includes Religious Education. Specialists in Physical Education, Music, Science, Italian and Art complement the class program. Our student support network includes InitiaLit, MiniLit and MacqLit programs, Numeracy support, a Talented and Gifted program, a school nurse and a variety of other structures designed to meet the support needs of our students.
Coupled with excursions and incursions, we offer extra-curricular activities including after school instrumental lessons in keyboard and guitar, swim club, before and after school tennis. We also have an on-site OSH Club that also provides holiday and pupil free days programs.
The time your child will spend in primary education is a most significant period in their life and in the life of your family. We trust that your association with St Anthony’s School will be rewarding. For enrolment enquiries or to find out more about our school and community, please contact our office.
God bless,
